It isn’t often that you have thousands of veterinarians and clinic employees willing to answer questions about animal health marketing and sales. So when we became a sponsor at NAVC2016, we jumped at the opportunity to survey the attendees.
From the survey, we came away with four takeaways that are worth sharing. I think you’ll find at least three of them surprising and one informative.
Like any survey, ours raises as many questions as it answers. But the answers we did get support what we discussed in our post about the different roles of people involved in clinic purchases.
